Online Learning

Each degree-granting institution within the University System of Maryland (USM) has implemented a strategic plan to enhance its offerings of online learning opportunities to students. In addition, the USM is charged by the Board of Regents to establish a system-wide online learning plan that complements and supports the various institutional plans.
